Can the furniture be rearranged?
Yes. Tell us the session type when you book and the team will prepare the room.
Can we book on weekends?
Weekend bookings are available subject to the calendar. Weekend rates apply for full-day hire.
What happens if the session runs overtime?
Extra time is billed at the hourly rate for that room, subject to availability.
When is the booking confirmed?
A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due before the session.
Are refreshments included?
Water, coffee and tea are included. Catering can be added on request.
Which setup is best for my session?
The meeting room seats up to 6. The training room seats up to 20 and can be arranged for workshops, presentations or classes.
Can we hold a hybrid meeting?
Yes. Both rooms include a screen for calls and presentations.
